Since the product would have to absorb all the way to the muscle cells (not likely) to have a Botox-like effect, there is really no way they can be a true alternative to Botox. Some people do report great results from using it, but it is basically an unproven ingredient that is strictly optional for an anti-aging skin care routine. If you do want to give it a try, look for it in a multi-tasking product that will provide you other benefits as well.
