Feelings of unworthiness or self-doubt can cripple our ability to cope with life’s challenges. If I recognize low self-esteem in myself, I take back my power by changing my pattern of thinking. I realize that doubt and worry are nothing but thoughts. I imagine scooping these thoughts up with a bubble wand and gently waving them into the air. I am relieved as I watch them drift away and disappear into nothingness. Divine Love frees me from limiting thoughts. It is unconditional love, my ballast through every circumstance.
I have the power to choose my feelings and thoughts. So today, I choose peace, worthiness, and joy. I claim freedom from limitation and realize my full potential.
